- All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Then we commence the manufacturing of your selected goods which will be completed within 5-7 working days.
- We then dispatch your order with DHL and allow between 5-7 working days for the goods to arrive at your door. Total approximate delivery in 12-15 working days.
- DHL will deliver your goods within 5-7 working days after that.
- Orders are generally not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, We will contact you via email or telephone.
- Impact on delivery time estimates will be affected depending on your location and proximity to major cities.

- The creative leather ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- The creative leather will ship to any other parts of the world but may need to verify duration and any out of the ordinary costs for specific locations regarding duration and if any fee will be incurred.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
