Returns Policy

Easy-to-Understand Return Policy

Creative Leather offers free U.S. returns only on undamaged leather items. If its condition is worse then it will not be accepted. 

  • Eligibility: You can return unworn items within 30 days from the shipped date.
  • Refunds: Full-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Exchanges: After we receive your return, we’ll email you an exchange coupon code to complete your exchange.

How to Track and Process Your Return

 

  1. Save Your Tracking Number: Keep your return tracking number handy.
  2. Lost Your Tracking Number?: If you used our return label, click the link above to view it and find your tracking number.
  3. Check Tracking Updates: Go to the shipping carrier’s website to track your return.
  4. Delivered Status: Once tracking shows “delivered,” we have your return, and it’s safe.
  5. Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7-10 days after delivery. We’ll email you once your return is completed with either a refund confirmation or exchange instructions.
  6. Delays: Processing might take longer during weekends, holidays, and sales due to high volume.

Note: We can only provide updates after the 10-12 day processing period.

REFUNDS

Refunds are accepted for full-priced items returned and postmarked within 30 days from the ship date of the original payment. Expedited shipping purchased at checkout is non-refundable. After being initiated, refunds take approximately one week for the banks to process your refund back to your original method of payment. There are 2 – 4 financial institutions involved in payments, and we will do our part to issue a refund in a timely manner. If there are delays, please consult your bank directly. We can not process a refund past 30 days of the shipping date, and multiple orders from an original payment repeatedly shipped or exchanged are eligible for store credit/exchange only. We try our best to offer a fair return policy with free U.S. shipping and returns, and we ask that you please respect our policy as it relates to return times, return volume, and the condition of your return. We reserve the right to flag excessive returns for refund as an abuse of our free shipping and returns policy, and future orders would be available for exchange/store credit only.

EXCHANGES 

Exchanges/store credit are available for U.S. customers returned and postmarked within 30 days from the ship date. After your return is received at the warehouse and then processed by our returns dept, we’ll email you an exchange/store credit code so you can place an exchange order for the item you prefer. Discontinued sale items are not refundable and will be issued store credit. RETURNING MULTIPLE TIMES: Orders returned for exchange/store credit are only eligible again for exchange/store credit. We will not process a refund for orders shipped or returned multiple times from the same payment. We try our best to offer a fair return policy with free U.S. shipping and returns, and we ask that you please respect our policy as it relates to return times, return volume, and the condition of your return.

SALE ITEMS or DISCONTINUED ITEMS

Sale items being discontinued in the sale category are not refundable. If you return an item for sale within 30 days from the ship date, we will email you a store credit gift card. Each sale item product page has the following notice in red at the top of the page: SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. No exceptions.

DO NOT WEAR OR DAMAGE YOUR RETURN. MAKE SURE TO FOLD ITEMS WELL.

Items must be returned in new, folded, and unworn condition with all labels and tags in place and in the original garment packaging. Returns are thoroughly inspected for wear and damage. Please show care when folding items and placing them in packaging of appropriate size for shipping. Do not send back wrinkled or lint-covered items.  Do not jam items into small packaging because that can cause undue stress to an item. We recommend lint rolling any applicable items. We will show the same care when shipping your order.  If you return items worn, wrinkled, covered in lint or hair, damaged, washed, or smelled of fragrance or cigarettes, we will ship them back to you, and we will not accept them for another return. Do not alter or customize an item you are returning. No exceptions.

REQUESTS AFTER RETURN COMPLETES

If you return your order for exchange/store credit, we will process your return accordingly. After you complete your return, and if you prefer to receive a refund instead, please make sure to request a refund within 30 days from the shipping date. Then, we can accommodate your request when your return is received. This is the same refund timeline as our return policy. Please note that if your order has already been processed in the manner you originally requested and it is now outside of 30 days, then the exchange/store credit will stay as-is in accordance with your original return preference.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

When you receive your order, if anything is missing or you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us before wearing or using the item and within 30 days. Otherwise, we may not be able to address your issue. We cannot be held responsible for a damaged or worn item being returned to us without prior authorization.

NO IN-PERSON EXCHANGES

We do not offer in-person exchanges. We offer exchanges only in the above manner.
